Does anyone know if there is a way to put conditional statement in your macro? Like checking if Shadow Step and Harrow are up before casting them? I hate casting Shadow Step only to find Harrow is not refreshed because my hotkey bar is too small to tell if Harrow is fully refreshed.

I've combined Provoke and Vexing Strike into a single action.
Taunt /cast "Provoke I" /cast "Vexing Strike I" When you use this when Provoke is up, it casts provoke, and then casts Vexing Strike, getting that first taunt off and start building DC. Whenever Provoke is not up, it just casts Vexing Strike. I did this to consolidate buttons. So far it works pretty well. I believe this only works because Provoke doesn't set off the same timer that VS does, allowing both to be case right after the other. If you switch the order around, however (VS before Provoke), then VS will set off the global and Provoke will not be cast-able. I also made Save macros for the people I group with most. I have a pretty consistent group I run with, and some of then pull hate more than others, so I set up macros that switch the target for me without having to click on them in battle. Save Sorcerer's Rear /targetdefensive "Sorcerer's Name" /cast "Scourge I" I may be wrong about the /targetdefensive command. |

Issues with Macros
Hi Guys I have been having a few problems with some of these Macros and I'm hoping that someone can help me out.
Example Defensive Macro: /wear "[sword name]" /wear "[shield name]" /combatformset "Armor of Darkness" This works but I get an error that "That item cannot be equipped in a default location" without telling me what location or what item. Example Offensive Macro: /wear "[2h weapon name]" /combatformset "Ebon Blade" This doesn't work at all. I don't get an error or a change. Just nothing happens. Harrow (everyone should already know this one): /cast "Shadow Step" /cast "Harrow [version]" This doesn't work. Even if I get rid of the Harrow portion and just leave /cast "Shadow Step" I get "you do not have that ability" errors. I get the same error if I have a Macro that just says /combatformset "Ebon Blade" Ive spent the last couple of days trying variations, double checking spelling etc. Any ideas would be gratefully received. |

Those only work if you are level 10+, and have the Shadow Step and Harrow abilities.
For the defensive macro try switching the order of wear shield and wear sword. If that doesn't work you can do what Xacies noted in his post above mine and list: /wear "[1h weapon]" primaryhand /wear "[shield]" secondaryhand
