VF - Learning Cull I Guide

I learned Cull I tonight. Here is how:

Travel to Trengal Keep on the Thestra continent. Within the keep are level 30 4 dot Death Knights and Warlocks. These are the mobs we learn the skill from. These mobs are located in the South eastern corner of the keep. I was able to solo these at level 42.

When you get the first identification you will receive a message stating that your understanding of Cull I has advanced. You need 10 of these updates to learn the spell.

Cull I
134 Energy Offensive Target
Evocation Cast: Instant
Range 25
Refresh 10.0

Drains 408 to 423 health from an opponent.
Only Usable when opponent is stunned.

I'd like to add, Another mob you can get Cull from is the Shinak Deathdealers - they are lower level and in the path for most groups, so you might see them alone.

I could only get the update off them, after spending a few hours at the death knights / warlocks with no luck.

Once you learn cull 1 do you have to go hunt it down every 10 lvls or so to get the upgrade? Or can you just train it?

Guardians.. maybe..

Once your there they should stand out as being almost the only 30 4dots I believe.

In Qalia u can learn Cull from Guardians of Time and Time Wardens in the Infineum Coterie... took me like 10 mobs to learn it....

What level do you have to be to learn it? I guess I'm asking if the spell itself has a level? Thanks!
