I was able to learn Cull 1 in TK at level 30, but a dread knight that I was grouped with who was 27 was not able to learn it. So I'm pretty sure you have to be 30 to get it.

I'm Pretty sure its 30 for Cull I, and 40 for Cull II.
**EDIT** Some are saying 42 for Cull II so I could be mistaken here.

lvl 30 is required
Just confirming that lvl 30 is required.
I must have killed 100+ Death Knights & Warlocks pulling TK6 to completion 3 - 4 times. As soon as I turned lvl 30 I had learned Cull I within 10 mobs. |
