I don't know if this will help, but here is a standard template to help lower load times.

Framsets or advanced tables can help greatly.

May not be what you are looking for, but sketching out a rough template(s) can help to cut down on the overall reworking need of your site.

the biggest problem right now is that i did the entire site in flash just to hurry up and get it up and running, been working on the html side of it in my spare time *yeah..there is a joke there* just working out some details..when done, it will only have a splash page that you can skip past for the flash then most of the rest of the site will be html, which SHOULD decrease the load time

Finally made a bunch of MAJOR changes to the website.
Artlinks are mostly working (bryce renderosity and have the pictures up for Daz/Poser but have not done the links yet, will get a few up and running tonight) please stop on by and take a peek and let me know what you think. Also am looking for load times (can find my email on main page) need to know some info
Computer speed (processor/memory)
Brand of processor
Navigation use (IE,Moozilla, Netscape)
and load time. Trying to shorten down the load time as much as possible cuz well, it drives me nutz to go to a page and have to wait 10 days for it to load...
if you are on dialup i do recommend the HTML option.

Your Bryce 3D "thumbnails" at http://www.soulpaintergrafx.com/bryce.html take quite a bit of time to load even on a fast connection as it looks like you are just resizing the full images using HTML. You may want to consider actually building thumbnails so people dont see broken images while they wait for the larger images to download.

ok changed the imgs to thumbs and tested all the links, does seem to load a bit faster (on highspeed cable so hard for me to judge it here)
