Take two sues Jack Thompson

Ars Technica is reporting that Take Two has finally had it with Jack Thompson and his repeated threats, lawsuits, retractions, and dismissals. Take Two has taken steps to fend off Thomson’s repeated assaults on their titles by filing a federal case against him in the state of Florida. They argue that the lawsuits brought on by Thompson violate their First Amendment rights and claim the suits are so vague as to be unconstitutional.


Jack Thompson couldn’t let that go without a rebuttal stating, amongst other things; “Dear Gamers and Gamer Publications on the Internet and Elsewhere:
I have been praying, literally, that Take-Two and its lawyers would do something so stupid, so arrogant, so dumb, even dumber than what they have to date done, that such a misstep would enable me to destroy Take-Two. With the filing of this SLAPP lawsuit last week, my prayers are finally answered.”


What a freak, i hope he gets permanetly banned and disbarred from a courtroom. What the f is wrong with people like him? Take-two is gonna rip his arrogant arse a new one.
