Daughter just got home and said she loved it! Want's to see it again. She said it had a bit of everything in it, from blood and yuck to not-so-serious things, too.

I'm a huge Frank Miller fan, and they seem to have done him justice with the movie. We haven't seen it yet, but we will!

This historian guy rips the historical accuracy of 300 a new one.
That said, I loved the movie anyways. Very good visual styles, although I wish it was a bit more cerebral. Now, if they could combine 300-style fights with plots like the show Rome, I would be hooked for life.
