i basicly read all of tolkeins works, and i read anything by micheal Crichton.. hope i spelled his name right...
mut my real love is anything by Steven Brust, his fantasy wrighting is INCREDIBLE! pheonix guards... if you ever get the chance its an awsome book, kinda starts off funky but the series is SO DAMN good!!!! then you gotta read all the books after that, for books from the human perspective, get the book of the jhereg, starts off the Lord Taltos series ^^
