Doctor Who "Love and Monsters"
If yer Not a Doctor Who fan then disregard all the following ramblings.
Ok just saw the Sci Fi channles first run of " Love and Monsters" All I gota say is Definatly a departure from the norm. Interesting epsisode all around tho. From the first time I heard Ursala speak I laughed a bit. Nice to see the leacherous ghoast form Harry Potter in something else. Haveing an episode where the main cast basically just makes cameos was diferent yet the way they did it was pretty good. Makes ya wonder where Elton is gonna fit in later in the show or if he will at all. I'v been a fan of the series since about 1988. Maybe earlier not sure. Just know I use to stay up till 10 just to watch it on sunday nights as a kid. Had to be quiet so nobody would hear me and order me back to bed. Use to be on PBS back then. Saddly They dont carry it around hear anymore. I cheared when I found out they were starting the series again. and waited and waited for it to finally reach our shores. Ok just rambling now..... Do have to make one last remark about the Love and Monster episode.... There at the end where Elto admits him and Ursala have a "sex life of sorts" nearly made me snort coffee outa my nose.... I mean ewwwww... And come to think of it....What did she get out of it? Rao

Re: Doctor Who "Love and Monsters"
I liked Eckleston as well but he wussed out. Didn't want to get typecasted. The new Guy is cheesy ,like you said, and looks like he wants to jump on Rose and do unmentionable things to her. But then again the whole show has always been a bit cheesy.
