Re: TV Vs Movies
You never list one for me to vote on ;(
My current favourite show, or rather the only TV show I watch at the moment, is Veronica Mars. Really great show that combines a whole lot of different elements. Good characters and the like. Also a really nice use of color and creative camerawork since I'm an artsyfartsy type. I typically don't watch too much TV because I can't stand ads, but I've been watching a ton of series on DVD lately rented from Netflix. Watched the first two seasons of VM rented, which is what actually coerced me to turn to the set every Tuesday night. So I'm hooked. Though I do admit to watch an occasional Iron Chef or Good Eats on the Food Network every now and then ![]()

Re: TV Vs Movies
I suppose I should also mention that there aren't many shows on TV I'd want to watch anyways
Or rather, I tend to occupy myself with other things. So I don't think the time I'd spend watching would justify the price of picking up a PVR or TiVo.

Re: TV Vs Movies
Dirty Jobs and Mythbusters is all I regularly watch on TV. I used to like Adult Swim too.

Re: TV Vs Movies
Yeah I have to agree adultswim pwns...its too bad that they change their lineup all the time, and when you finally get a groove of movies to watch 2 weeks late they change and you miss your movies...or worse they arent in the order you left off with...aka FMA, and Inuyasha sometimes.
