Favorite Mainstream Anime?

Im going to have to go with Naruto myself, although it be nice if someone re-created the DBZ saga's and made them a little more fun then what happened with DBGT.

Ok I chose Dragonball for lack of a better selection. DBZ carried me from around 13-16 it was a great show, and still is. DBGT sucked, poor story and should have been cancelled before it aired. As for Inuyasha well I watched the entire series in Japanese and loved every moment until the end where Naraku's mobile phone peddling arse didn't get slayed...I felt like a complete sucker for watching that series some 190 odd episodes thru for an ending like that. A series I felt should of been on there because it's mainstream and it's my Favorite is Cowboy Bebop it had a tight story, excellent character development, and fantastic artwork. Some other great series were Rurouni Kenshin, Trigun, Sailor Moon, Ghost Dectective Yuyu Hakusho, oh and how can I forget Gundam Wing.

I didnt add all the mainstream anime's on there because there are a lot of them, however i can tell you one reason i didnt put bepop up there, its because ....i dont like it lol. Wasnt a big fan of the anime or the story to be honest with you. Although i was thinking of adding a few more animes like Gundam or Samurai Champloo.

Wha? Cowboy Bebob is one of the few animes worth watching.

I'm not sure if Wolf's Reign counts as mainstream, but I really liked that one. Gundam:Seed was pretty decent, but the regular Gundams didn't appeal to me.

I forgot Samurai Champloo it was a good short short series. You don't like Cowboy Bebop well c'est la vie.

I don't watch em much But kids want to watch cartoons sometimes So if Im there I like watching The Last Airbender or something like that. I like the elemental diversion of the people. and the abilities each "Tribe" Gets depending on there elemental alinement.

I'm not even sure Its considered an anime.

Why is there only four choices? Shouldn't there also be an "other option"? Also what the heck do you imply with the vague term of "mainstream"? I ended up voting for "Inuyasha" to give it some love but could have went with "Full Metal Alchemist"

I would have picked any of the following if they were available as options:

"Tenchi Muyo"
"Demashitaa! Powerpuff Girls Z"
"Akira"
"Other"

The list could go on and on.

Can we cancel this poll and make a new one and do it right?

I agree with Artic_Slicer, make a new poll if you can't change the choices to at least add "Other". And for not adding bebop cause you don't like it on a poll about mainstream anime doesn't make much sense to me. I did end up voting Naruto though, but i add this, i can't watch the american version, i only watch the subtitled ones, i hate that "Believe it!" line that they added all over the american version, it's so stupid and annoying.
