Well with Alexander a free agent now things might not be so good for them next year.

I go back and forth on if they should keep him if the rumors about how much he wants are true then they should just pick up a back in the draft or another free agent. Of course niethier option is as good, but I personally don't see him (his age) as worth LT type money with that offensive line and running back we be pretty good. Plus Holemgreen runs a modifyed west coast just for him, if we could get James for a good price he would be a much better fit and seems a bit more like a team player.
The bigest worry I have going into the offseason is offenive and defenive lines Winstrom is WAY overpaid, but I am not sure there is much to be done about this unless he is a real team player...The defensive line has been undersized for a long while and there is a very good chance Rocky Bernard is going to leave making things even worse. Also with hampton career aprentily over we need a good backup to manueal at the very least perferably a better starter. Paul Alan certianly has the money fi the gm has the smarts to use it in the right places this could be a much stronger team next year. I could go on, but most people don't care so I will stop.
