Anyone know of a way to get/purchase the downloadable datasets for 3.0/3.5 outside of CMP.
I tried contacting them, and no matter the begging - they would not let me buy any (as I expected since they are not allowed  but I figured, can't hurt to try the legit source first)I will be buying whatever software is released in the future, but I left D&D about 15 years ago (still in 2E) and only recently restarted. I originally started playing in Oct of '80  I was able to find the etools itself on ebay for sale, but the datasets can only be downloaded if you ALREADY had purchased them (you can re-download them any time if you had a valid purchase originally) Anyone perhaps have em and no longer use them? You can still go to the CMP site to redownload them free if you purchased them before their contract with WoTC expired
