Qalian Guarantee for Guild Halls
This quest (available from the Sultan in Ahgram) simply requires you to collect large quantities of information as follows:
* Evidence of Arcana (0/100) * Evidence of Trends (0/100) * Evidence about Plots (0/100) * Rumor of Blackmail (0/100) * Rumor of Arcana (0/100) * Rumor of Trends (0/100) * Hearsay for Blackmail (0/100) * Hearsay about Trends (0/100) * Hearsay about Arcana (0/100) * Shiny Prestigious Bauble (0/75) * Prestigious Bauble (0/100) The listed requirements give no indication as to what tier the information is expected to come from. There may however be a bug the game recognised a stack of 12x Significant Rumor of Blackmail that I had, but failed to recognise the 6x Significant Hearsay for Blackmail, 2x Significant Hearsay about Trends, 2x Significant Rumor of Trends, 1x Significant Evidence of Trends, 28x Essential Hearsay for Blackmail, 6x Essential Rumor for Blackmail, or 5x Essential Hearsay about Trends. |

OK, the "Thestran Commission for Guild Halls" does not recognise any of the information that I have, and the "Kojani Sanction for Guild Halls" recognises the 12x Significant Rumor of Blackmail, and either 1x Vital Rumor of Trends or 1x Essential Rumor of Trends that I have.
I now have a suspicion that these quests require information from a variety of different tiers. |
