Re: Boe?
Thank you very much for paying no attention at all to our concerns on this issue.

Re: Boe?
No response doesn't mean no attention is paid. In any case, I don't think this particular issue was up for debate.
I've pretty much given up hope that Vanguard will be the game I thought it would be. The slide to WoWification, or EQ2ification, is now so evident and rapid that I'll either like it or lump it. Sooner or later, I suspect I'll end up doing the latter. /shrug

Re: Boe?
they're going towards wowification for the same reason wow is so popular: people now-a-days expect everything handed to them with at most minimal effort on their part.
i personally loved eq2's crafting back when it first started and you had to craft individual components and how well you did with each one determined how good you could do with the final product. right now, i love the game and as long as my guild stays as it is, i'll keep loving it, but if you take the guild out of it and throw in a good bit more wowification i may go back to EQ and leave VG as EQ2, just as something i hop on every once in a while to see what's new. i don't foresee the guild leaving any time soon though, so no prospect of leaving as of right now. i am glad though that update 1818 did not include BoE, at least i didn't see it in the notes and i haven't noticed it with any of my crafted gear yet. |

Re: Boe?
i must have missed it when reading the patch notes on my client, so sue me. if boe is implemented, then why when i equiped my crafted harvesting gear yesterday did it not bind? my adventuring gear? how about my weapons?
your reading comprehension comment is out of line though. judging from your hostility in commenting i'm placing your comprehension, at least in manners, at about an 11 year old level. |

Re: Boe?
After BoE I noticed all my adventuring gear which was at the same price as my crafted gear has sold instantly!!!
So I have started to put UP the prices of this gear.. and it still sells.. I notice the market trend is that people rather pay MORE for bindable stuff knowing that they can get money back from it. But now that the price on adventuring gear is going up.. so is the price of crafted gear... I can actually make low end items now out of common resources (which take next to no time to make) will now sell for a decent amount.. BoE is making more money... its increasing the value of my drops, and stabalising the price of crafted gear.. I think your crazy if you think this is anything but good news. :S |
