WO rewards and continental disparity

This is a quick observation as I unfortunatley dont have any raw data to back it up.

So far I have been leveling a crafter on each continent. On Kojan I have a Goblin Weaponsmith, on Thestra a Halfling Tailor and on Qalia a DE Leatherworker.

Whilst doing WOs for experience I have noticed an oddity. I always try to Batch WOs and usually stick to easy, Im after kit atm not fast levels )

Both the Qalian based and Thestra based crafters seem to recieve a plesant amount of dust as rewards but only rarely if ever recieve utilities. In Martok this trend seems to be reveresed, I receive bucket loads of utilities but have only recieved 2 dusts.

Has anyone else noticed this?

( hehe having read the post, it strikes me that it may be something to do with 2 outfitters vs a blacksmith, but Im still interested in any observations anyone else may have made)

The big thing I have noticed is that my Qalian tailor seems to get alot of dusts (15 so far) and my Qalian carpenter has gotten a total of 1.....both did easy batches over the weekend, and the carpenter is actually a higher level then the tailor now. (sat i got the tailor started and up to a hairs breath of 10. sunday i started my carpenter and she is now lvl 11)
My poor carpenter must be crazy unlucky.....
