Stuck on the Qalia Style quest (Artificer)

I have been to Khal, Neamsog, Ahgram, Hathor Zhi, Dark Horse Downs, Refugee camp, and Mekalia looking for the starting Continental Style quests and have found nobody that will start the quests yet.

I have spoken to master artificers and trainers in Khal, Ahgram, Refugee camp and Mekalia. In all the cities I have spoken to everyone in or near the crafting center(s) in the cities. Maybe I am missing something in Neamsog as I have not found any crafting in Neamsog?

When I ask in game (which means my frustration level had hit max) I was told to talk to Odri something in Neamsog to start the style quest. I spoke to him and everyone around him and nadda.

I can't get anyone to offer the "Seeking a Trainer" and without it I don't think I procede with Qalian continental styles. I am a bit frustrated at this point. Any help would be appreciated.

Not KoS in any of the cities I have visited in Qalia so far.

I'll try there again, but I talked to everyone in the crafting area, including one artificer hiding in the closet and none offered the starting quest.

Thanks for the map, at least I knew I was in the right spot with it. I went back to him and he gave me the quest.

Maybe I missed him before as the artificer instructer I found in there was in a cubby/closet before. I could have sworn that room was empty when I was in there before.

I really need to start paying better attention to names of NPCs.
