Crafting quest - Fiend Hunter's Weapon

This is the quest given by Kanni in Cai'al Brael, available at lvl 20. It cons yellow to me, I have done the previous Karenda quests in Tanvu and my gear and skills are up to scratch.

The quest requires grade A, but I seem to have no chance at all of reaching it. Also, the special ability gained through the Karenda quests, which should boost the quality, seems to do nothing.

Anyone know if the quest is b0rked? I'm tired of repeating it and any help is much appreciated.

Is this the quest where you have to clean the armor and weapon? Or is another?

I successfully did it a few days ago with a level 11 artificer.

That is the reason why I was asking if it is the one of cleaning the armor and sword because I had no problem doing it as a lvl 9 artificer, but this was only possible after they fixed a bug in which even getting A grade the material was always destroyed. I managed to do it 1.5wks ago

Nope, this is a quest that only becomes available at lvl 20. I did the previous one (Fiend Hunter's Gear) at about level 10 or 11.

The "destroyed materials" bug was also happening in lvl 11 speciallisation quests, but that's been fixed about two weeks or so ago.
