Found this crafting quest
On Luca Penderfield in Leth Nurae
I am a lvl 14 Outfitter In the Available Work Orders is, "Luca's Quest: Prelude". It's a low white to me at 14. Reminds me of the one I did in Tursh that was a WO. I had forgoten to look for these. |

oh cool ill check it out!
On that subject there is one at Randol Fields (Near tursh) which is lvl 12.. A Guard gives it to you to fix up a sword, but I cant do it at lvl 12.. gona have to level up to get quality to A |
