carpenter lvl 11 specialization quest?

Hi,

I need to do my specialization quest but need to know what raw materials i need plz. The guy i need to speak to is surounded by high level agro guards and cant speak to him. So might try get help to get inside but want to make sure i have the materials.

likely barbed timber since thats the t2 for wood

I would strongly suggest biting the bullet and doing whatever factioning work you need to be able to walk in. It should take 201 kills or 21 workorders at the right outpost to make them tolerate you.

If it's the Specialisation quest and not the Tier quest, it *should* use fictitious materials (all the ones I've done so far have, though I haven't done Carpenter).

If you're talking about the tier quest... I've done it with my mineralogist so you'd think I'd remember... [shakes brain]... it's gone (it was only a couple of weeks ago too, shame shame). Either way, you'll need tier 2 resources -- slate and/or barbed wood. I don't recall needing garnet.

im pretty sure the outfitter one uses your own mats, but i havnt done it yet.

As far as I remember, its slate and barbed wood, but its a very easy craft, well was for me. Altho I would say go to Khal first, no matter where you are and get the quest for the +15 smock thingie, you can find it on the wiki here. Always handy to have extra stats helping.
