Harvest Charm

So I completed the quests to become a Charm Maker and have a spiffy new title.

I was able to craft the Harvest Charm as well with no issue.

The problem I have now is that when I attempt to use the charm, I get a message I'm missing a pre-req.

Does anyone know if there is a secondary quest I need to actually use the charm?

The ONLY problem I see is in the charm description it says "Usable by a Charm Caster" and I only have a title of "Charm Maker"

No, not really back. Have a few more days left and trying to wrap up loose ends

So, I found that my char is bugged on this quest so I petitioned it.

After a few hours of doing diplomacy (just HAD to get that diplo decon recipe and the other ones that drop from parleys), I had a chance to speak with a GM.

I have to say this, they are the nicest, most responsive GM's I have ever talked with (but that's another post )

It appears that my char was bugged. The quest never flagged me to continue to the next series that gives you the title 'Charm Caster'. After talking to the GM for about an hour (yes, I am the reason petitions do not get answered LOL), she believes she found the issue, but she couldn't resolve it because it was a 'Dev' issue. The good thing is that once they fix it, it'll be resolved for any current/future crafters that were not able to progress.

I think i might be bugged in a different way. I never received the quest line for charm maker, but completed the quest line and received the title of Charm Caster. The NPC won't give me the recipe for the harvest charm, seems i lack 100 Qalian Charm Caster faction. Anyone else have this problem or know how to get the charm caster faction? I have a petition and bug report in for this now, but haven't gotten it GM verified yet.

Edit: After working through some things with a guildy i believe the problems with this quest may have something to do with multiple quests he gives and the order in which you do them.

Ok, figured out my problem with these quests. After a GM looked into my flags and skills, apparently you shouldnt be able to get either quest until level 25 crafting. For some reason the charm caster quest looked at my adventuring level and i was allowed to take it. So I'm apparently not bugged at all and should be able to get the rest of the quests at the appropriate level.
