The In The Works Page
I was pleasantly surprised to find a In The Works page on VGplayers.
However, I was less than thrilled that the Damaged Material bugs that plague the crafting advancement quests are not on the top 10 list of bugs. Edit: but then I was more thrilled when I learned some or all of the bugs were stealth fixed.

All three of the "grade required" crafting quests that I had worked for me last night after the patch. I'm not sure if they are fixed, but from what I saw last night they are.

But yes - the communication on that issue has been appalling. As others have said elsewhere, it's known that customers prefer to hear bad news than not to hear anything at all. In that department the crafters have been shafted recently. I'm usually a voice for tolerance and cutting overworked devs some slack, but there's only so far you can use the excuse that some elements of the community "have been mean" to you and you don't want to talk to anyone as a result. Most of us are perfectly reasonable and have asked reasonable questions. Anyway. I don't want to rant. I'm just glad it may be fixed. Thanks for the link, too, SwordMage.

I have to agree how they handled those "destroyed material" issues was reprehensible. When you have a quest that basically prevents you from advancing something like that should be hotfixed. You could be sure if it was a similar type issue for the diplomacy or adventuring sphere they would have taken the servers down and fixed it on the spot....
Sorry for the rant, Im a crafter in this game and much of the time I feel like the red-headed stepchild. |
