Scout's Ammo Bag recipe?

How do I get the Scout's Ammo Bag recipe?
I saw it in the broker and its suppose to be a leatherworker recipe.

Do I just do Batch WOs that are Ratty/Cotton?
Do I have to be a specific level to do it?
Any info about it?

dropped recipes (if it's one, i'm level 21 leatherworker and i've not seen it yet), start once you do the t3 tier quest.

start at tier3? does this mean my endless grinding of batch wo's to level 18 so far would never have gave me a recipie drop?

haha! that explains why i never get any drops so should i just level to 21 do the tier 3 quest then grind batch's?

No. The recipe is level 11. Therefore, it'll drop out of you're T2 work orders. I would recommend to continue grinding through the Ratty (and possibly Mangeled batches. Patience is the key. It'll drop.

There's a tier 2 dropped recipe? Colour me amazed -- I didn't think those started till T3.

I am 22lv Outfitter and been doing Batches mostly for WOs (Sets if I ran out of Batches to do) and have yet to get this recipe.

All I need are any Batches WOs that has Ratty or Cotton in it right?

I believe that Ratty are the ones that will drop it. Unfortunately, the mechanic of the drops is still unknown. All that we know is that the recipes drop from what tier they belong to.

If it makes you feel better (or worse), I've grinded through a Tier on easies and never saw an upgrae recipe
