Recipes from WOs?

SO from what I read here...

lvls 11-19 have NO workorder dropped recipes? (I am assuming that since it was said that only T3+ mat recipes have dropped recipes)

I thought I heard of one LC one in the teens? I am a Weaponsmith and Armorcrafter (2 diff obviously) so most concerned there but I want to know in general since ... I may go nuts and do more of em.

I keep hearing "Wait till you can get grade A" which is not necessary. B+ batches have the same chance as a recipe as an A batch. So as soon as you can get B+ batches start.

ok. Ive been reading thes posts. And here is my question. Ive tried to understand but here we go.

To begin getting Recipe WO's you need to craft WO's of t3. Well when You become lvl 20. The recipe's that are WHITE, are the first ones that begin to drop Recipes, not the ones thare are already blue/light blue when you hit 20, is that correct?

Tier 3 starts at level 21 now, not level 20. And I was under the impression that WO difficulty was irrelevant, other than asking for the right type of resource. (If you're level 21 the lowest work orders will be from the previous tier and thus won't use the right resources.)

Edit - in which case at 21 the lowest moderate -- that is, white -- WOs you can get would still be in the tier below you, since moderate work orders range from one level below you to one level above you.

A tailor I know said he didn't get recipes from work orders until after he did his lvl 31 tier quest.

I'm a 23 mineralogist; I haven't seen any yet.

Btw - when these recipes drop (rare tho that is ;P) is it by 'class' or any class can get any type. I know it isn't by 'specialization', Ive seen Armorers wishing to trade for weaponsmith ones etc - so I assume that it is by CLASS (Blacksmith/Outfitter/Artificer) instead. But it could be FFA?

Seems to be class. If you are a blacksmith you can get armorsmith/weaponsmith drops.

The level of the WO has no bearing on the chance of the recipe to drop, IE Moderates arent better then Very Easy. Its just the tier of the WO. If you want a firegrass recipe you wont get it by doing silkbloom WOs.
