Ok im asking this on a few forums to get the best spread of info I can.

What lvl did you get your T3 upgrade recipe?

What lvl were you able to start geting B or better grade on T3 WOs?

Im asking cuz I want to find out if there is a lvl req. on the loot window for the upgrades.

The loot window on upgrades is based soley on the level of the Work Order.

T3 come from WO's between lvl 20-30
T4 come from WO's between lvl 30-40
T5 come from WO's between lvl 40-50

You're able to get the recipe at anytime as long as you get accomplish an A grade on a batch Work Order.

Upgrades 'should' not come from anything less. There are reports of them dropping in sets and the blue packs, but Sigil has said they shouldn't.

if that's true i only have 1 more level to get them, been doing Grade A since lvl 26.. i'd say must be really rare more than 1 out of 300 or so

I havent received any of my upgrade recipes so I cant answer that one.

I can typically get B moderate WOs as soon as they show up. If not then then I wait 1 level and its fine by then.
