Artificer Training
So I have a little gnome alt running around doing artificing (yeah, I'm an alt-aholic).
I've gotten him to lvl 9 artificing so far, but I ran out of recipes from the trainer in Mekalia (sp?). My questions are: Do I just grind to 11 to get the amateur quests? - Yes. Artificers have a lack of recipes from level 7 to post-amateur training Do I need my own crafting faction to learn recipes? - Unknown. Should I go start grinding out WO's for Khal and forget about my home cave? - Yes, you actually can get bigger faction increases at Outposts My concern is that all I've been doing is grinding WO's for Mekalia. I have like 150+ Qalia artisan faction yet only ~50 of Mekalia. Do I need to grind that last 50 to see more recipes? Also, there is no 'outpost' for Mekalia so that'd mean one WO at a time. ![]() - An outpost does exist, but it is surrounded by level 30ish mobs I never had this problem with my outfitter, he always had recipes to learn at least every even level. That doesn't seem to be the case with my artificer though .Last edited by sorkvir : 02-14-2007 at 10:18 AM. |

Re: Artificer Training
There is supposed to be an outpost in the middle of the continent (see Crafting Faction Table page).

Re: Artificer Training
So I can get WO's at that outpost? Can I also get recipes? (read you wiki last night before I posted). Do I need to get my faction above 100 to learn recipes in my own style?
I was just taken aback because I never had this problem in Kojan. I was able to level up crafting in my home town without ever leaving. |
