Scraggy Hide and Mature Cotton Bale

Are these harvested? Just got new reciipies calling for these and dont see how to make them.

I am on targanor. Are these player made? if so what is the recipe called? or are they Harvested?

They're random rare yields from normal nodes, i.e. when skinning something that would normally give you ratty strips you have a small chance to get scraggy instead. From what I understand all tier 2 and up resource nodes have a chance to yield a rare resource instead of the common one.

Im on Targonor aswell, and I have both kinds.. IGN is same as here

There are also Mature Cotton Plant nodes, which are rare... I've seen 3 I think since live. These yield mature cotton from harvesting the same as a normal cotton node.

There is supposedly a very rare tier above Mature, but I haven't seen that yet. Plus I heard there are currently no recipies that use the very rare items.

Haven't seen Mature Firegrass either, although it is rumored to exist

I have gotten scraggy hide exactly once, I'm somewhere around 215 skinning skill.
