lvl 11 recipes Kojan

Hi!

Does anyone know where to find a trainer for > 10lvl recipes (outfiter) at Kojan?
The one at Martok teaches only < lvl 10 recipes...

I believe that at this point you need to start your Tier quest to get access to the next set of recipes.

Mine started at the trainer in CB. It required that I visit Martok and speak to a guy. If none of the trainers are offering you a quest (and you're crafting lvl 11), then you might need to head down there.

Warning, CB....in fact almost all of Telon is KoS to orcs/goblins so you might need to grind through some mobs to up your rep.

I'm an Ork and I'm coming from Martok...
i allready started grinding. I can tell you that's boring...
After I'm done I will start to look at CB for some new recipes!
