Now that I think about it, the attach I used as the finisher on the item (some piece of armour) may have bumped the final grade just as the 0-point finisher can lower the final grade if you lose enough %. It's the only thing I can think of that fits, at any rate. Thanks for the push in the right direction, Shinto.
