Amateur Artificer Recipes

I just completed the quest I *thought* was going to unlock amateur artificer recipes to me. I built the barbed shortbow and the 6 slate focii and completed the quest with Odri Axbul in Neamsog. But he doesn't have any options now. I lost the quest text when I completed it but somehow I was under the impression when I finished this quest he was going to be my new recipe trainer. Am I mistaken? Where do I get the amateur recipes?

Sorry to jump into these forums with all these questions but I'm hoping someone who was in beta knows the answers. I don't really like the fact there are no "official" forums and the crafting documentation the game provides isn't exactly complete. But don't get me wrong I really enjoy everything =)

I'd like to know too especially now since some of the chat options with my trainer seem to have "error response" instead of the correct text.

This may be related to the tier quests being moved from level 10 to level 11 recently. Sadly, other than my own experience below, I have no firm info. Remember to /bug all weird behaviour like this as soon as possible though. (Yeah, I try to teach my grandmother to suck eggs too ;-))

I originally got my weaponsmith one at level 10 (before they changed things), went to speak to the trainer *after* the change, and nothing happened - predictably, at least. When I hit 11, suddenly the quest was available again from the original trainer. I'm hoping this time when I go see the amateur trainer she'll have something to say to me.

My trainer is in CB. I was given the quest to unlock the new recipes but had to go to TG for the quest. But, it was my original trainer in CB that gave me the unlocked recipes.

Go back to your original trainer and see if he/she has the new ones for you.
