Re: CB Work Order Frustrations - issue or just bad luck?
As an Outfitter from Hathor Zhi I believe there is a disparity as well.
I have leveled to ~8.8 with a mix of WO's and have never received any dusts or clothing. I have received some tools that are better than the starters, +2 tool effectiveness. I Do not think I can complain about the coin though as I had 16 silver when I stopped to begin adventureing as a lvl 2. Now that I think about it I did get an Auburn dust, but no idea what it was for and sold it. |

Re: CB Work Order Frustrations - issue or just bad luck?
Being an artificer (lvl 7) in Lomshir, I am happy with the cash, but a bit disappointed with the rewards. I only do batches, and get max reward every time (supply kit, 60 fhaad). In these bags, I have gotten 1 reliable tool, quite a bit of dust, and the rest pretty much vendor junk. I would like to see some more crafting gear, even if its stuff I cant use (my wife is an outfitter, so that yellow brush I got in beta would have been great for her). I am also disappointed with the lack of "good" complications. By lvl 7.5, I still havent gotten a single one of those enlightened ones (or whatever they were called, but were cool). I keep getting mangled tool that requires "repair kit" not "repair tools" which is what artificers have.
But, on the same note, at least I have plenty of cash (bought my lvl 10 horse, went to another town and decided that i would prefer a different color one, and still have enough to train). |

Re: CB Work Order Frustrations - issue or just bad luck?
Positive complications don't crop up till level 10+ now as I recall.
I've had reports of people getting dusts and clothing and stuff for outfitter rewards on their chars... so I'm confused, right now. Still trying to collect more info to see if this is more than just bad luck. But to not get *a single* dust in over a dozen batch WOs seems high. In contrast my Artificer in Lomshir got a bunch of them and she's only just hit level 6. The money is certainly very good - perhaps too good now, but that's another issue - at least we can make a living at crafting even while we're levelling up, which is a relief from not always breaking even beforehand. In any case it's standard - what I'm not so sure about is what we're getting out of packs. I did a few more WOs with the outfitter and then some with the blacksmith this morning - and again, I'm getting dusts, utilities, tools and resources (ore) with the blacksmith, and bugger all with the outfitter. It just doesn't seem right - but I'm not sure I can call it anything other than subjective yet. The auburn dust is a sly vendor trash dust-wannabe - it doesn't actually do anything.
