Amateur Blacksmithing quest

Has anyone else come across the Kojan Amateur Blacksmithing quest? The quest giver gave me two quests to complete. One being very very vague as in how to get the materials he needed.

Check your misclous and unique formulas. You may not need any raw materials.

I posted this elsewhere, but it seems it's pertinent here as well. And yes this is a problem. I am also on kojan, Maybe I'll try to go to another place off Kojan today and see if I can get a quest that differs from that on Kojan.

This is wrong unless you are talking about the nickel recipes? The second tier , or tin recipes quest, does work. A bit buggy but definatly a way thru it as I'm currently a level 15 Weaponsmith with access to the recipes.

Just keep at it , talk to npcs, eventually you do find a way thru.

I believe this was bugged at the time of the prior post. It may be fixed now.

It cant be because I made it to second tier in beta also . What I think is happening must have something to do with Kojan specificlly because my guildie who is a goblin tailor was having a similar issue progressing to tier two.

I progressed in Qualia both now and in beta. I'm assuming Thestra must be ok also .
