Crafting Utility Icons
Does anyone know the icon numbers for the various crafting utilities, so I can attach them to individual macros?

Unfortunately, unless things have changed in the last few months, the icons don't always show up in the same order for the same decision on different products. When I was crafting, most people just set up macros so that a key mapped to a position in the list (check out Macros).
