Reproducible "You can't do that while flying" bug
100% reproducible so far for me. All you have to do is ...
... use a teleporter while flying. When you land you're not in the air, but the game still thinks you are. All spells and abilities get you the "You can't do that while flying" response. This one isn't reproducible but: A couple of times I've landed after a long flight with several chunkings and the bird is gone but the game still thinks I'm in flight; my movement speed will be griffin flight speed and I'll turn sluggishly as if in flight.

Yep, that bug has been around for a loooong time. There's a section of mountain that you can crash your flying mount into and always get the same effect that you are describing. Its a peak north-east of southwatch.
