Entangling Web + Winters Cloak

Ok this is happening on live but I thought I'd be naughty and post it here with the hope dev's might see it,

This is has appeared since the new patch.

Using Winters Cloak, I snare a mob with Entangling Web, when the mob hits me and the proc of Winter's Cloak goes off, Entangling Web is cancelled. Only happens when using Winters Cloak..........

Hope this one gets fixed as I use my Winters Cloak alot
