Can't connect character to zone

Atleast that is what i think it is. I log in, everything seems fine, i click on a character and hit play, it flashes to the loading screen, yellow bar goes to full, then I am sent back to character select. this happens on all characters. I even created a new character and this one has the same thing. Problem happening from 10:25-10:35 edt. going to breakfast, maybe it will be fixed,

Ok, now what's going on?

Go to log in to the Test Server, character selection screen comes up fine, select my character and hit play. The loading screen comes up fine, the bar across the bottome moves from left to right as it should. When it gets to the end and I expect to see the world I love, instead it punts me back to the character select screen. Huh?????

Ya, hubby had this happen to him this morning.

His halfling in Tursh got kicked back after attempting to log in. A brand new char who would have started in the BC newbie area had the same.

Is this only on Thestra? I should be trying to log in soon so we'll see. At first glance it looks as though the server is up but zones are locked, or something?

have characters in thestra and qalia, and they both have the same thing, including a newly created highelf character as well

This has been happening to me as well since about 5:30 a.m. central time. Hope it's fixed soon ... ready to get busy, but learning patience for sure.
