Please Read First - Reporting a Bug
Greetings!
We encourage all players to use /bug in game so that we may better address specific issues. The information we collect here as well as in bug reports is extremely important, we ask that you only provide the information requested in your post following the form below. Thank you for your assistance! Issue: Character Name: Characters Level: Location (Chunk): Date: Approximate Time: If this has just occurred (as in you have not logged in since) please copy and paste your vgclient.log file here. This file can be found in your main Vanguard directory. (do not confuse this with VGClient.archive) Please also be prepared to answer additional questions we may have, thank you!
