Chapter 1 - Continents of Telon
There are 3 starting continents of Telon: Thestra, Qalia, and Kojan. Each has a different setting. Thestra is a medieval setting; Qalia has more of a desert, or "Arabian Nights" appeal to it; while Kojan is your Oriental setting. First, here's an overview video of the continents.

Chapter 2 - Races

In no particular order, here are all the expected races for Vanguard in all their glory. Be sure to check out this video from Silky Venom from the 2005 E3.
