Anyone know what the effect "Lesser Rage of Ghalnn" is? It is a clickable effect, places a debuff icon on the mob, but the icon does not give a description.

Wasn't that an Orc racial? I can only assume it is a lesser version, enabling you to leach some % of dmg you deal with the an axe.

I had 1 for awhile had no clue what proc did so I sold it once I got a better weapon.

Is there a chance of getting a list of Procs and What they do and or stand for. Got few equipment that have this or that be I have no clue what they really mean.
