I noticed that certain weapons say double the damage on a crit while others dont. The only ones that I have seen that have that are 2 handers. Do other weapons crit at all? Alot of DK abilities either add to dc or some other effect on a crit an Im hopping its even possible with one handers.

Yes, other weapons crit, it's just that 2 handers do double damage on a crit.
