Hello all, random registration alert!

From what I can tell, Vanguard's art style is meant to be much more "realistic" than WoW, which goes for a much more cartoony approach. I guess this means that high level armour will look nice, but it won't have all the adornments of WoW armour. If you were out in the wilderness stalking a dragon, would you want to be glowing with red mist coming out of your shoulders?

Having said that, I would like some nice "decorative" armour which I could have as a mark to show that I've achieved something important. It wouldn't necessarily have to be the armour I wear when I'm questing, but just something for the old e-peen and something for the lowbies to strive towards.

The level 35 buff bot armor prior to release that was given out had a nice polished look with some etching designs in it. Still looked functional, but you could definitely tell the difference between that armor and the lower level armors.
