Is this working as intended?
You cannot summon nor ride your mount on the OUTSIDE of the Fallen Lyceum of Ingolas. Is this working as intended? I was looking for a way in besides that extremely well guarded front entrance, but said never mind because that place is so huge.

I went and spoke to the dev for this area and this has been adjusted a bit. You will not be able to fly into the area(over the wall) still but you should not lose your mount too early now.
