Dark Elft Diplomacy / Mount Quest

I've finished the entire diplomacy line of quests in the starting DE city, but I never saw anything in the line of getting a mount.

I did get a quest to deliver a message to the Lomshir Racetrack(which I did), but that doesn't appear to be leading toward the mount quest either.

Could someone please point me in the right direction for this?

I am guessing by analogy to other horse quests; however, the person you delivered the message to (which was, I assume, a timed quest) will give you the second stage of the quest that gets you the horse. When you finished the first stage, he/she should have either given you the second stage or another quest to tide you over until you are level 10 adventuring or crafting.

I have previously done the mount quest in Tursh/Three Rivers, so I'm familiar with how that one went.

I was level 11 with 43 Diplomacy when I got the delivery quest. I was level 12, 51 diplomacy when I completed the delivery(It was not a timed delivery). They guy that I made the delivery to has more quests, but none that look like the horse quest.

I took one of the quests, but it lead to a Gnome that I was KoS to. I've since worked up my Gnome faction to non-KoS, so I guess I'll have to give that a shot again.

I don't think that's the droid you're looking for though - as far as I can recall, that Horse quest to the gnomes at Neamsog is a bog-standard, anyone can get it quest, *not* the diplo get-me-a-horse quest.

Makes me wonder if the diplo-horse quest is MIA in Hathor Zhi?

nope, the horse quest is the one at the racetrack, not sure whether its the timed part of the quest, but u have to go to the racetrack to get the loaned horse. Make sure u stay a bit away from the last guy though, he doesnt like DE's - just stay a bit away from him and start the conversation. You may have to go in close to start the conversation but then just back up. He doesnt like DE's (but it let me finish the quest anyway)

I've now completed all of the quests in Dark Horse Downs, but still no Diplomacy Horse.

I'm going to /petition in-game to see if I'm busted.

There should be a quest that sends you to Neamsong Bunker to talk to Thalk (something like that) and return that will give you a diplomacy horse.

Yes, you should get a quest from the track to Settle the Bets, which sends you to Neamsog to speak to a Varanthari who will give you the horse. You'll have a couple of convince parleys to do on the way to speak with Thark at the bunker, but they're easy enough to find as they're at the caravan near Raia
