Civic Diplomacy - Stations and Appearances

For some reason when I complete this quest it just keeps giving me the same one. I read through the tutorial, hail them again and the same quest is offered. How do you move on to the next part of this? I have tried it in both CB and Tanvu.

I believe it is because it is a 'repeatable' quest. I really wish these repeatables (like crafting) would only be avail as a shield if not done and visible as a rightclick if want to redo.

You don't need to do anything else, they lead to no reward - they are for info only.

Thanks for the info. I totally agree. Get rid of the shield so we know or put some other kind of symbol there.
