Thestra Diplomacy Questions

Some basic Dip. questions. I got my horse through diplomacy, and then stopped doing dip. for awhile. Now, I can't remember who I should talk to to do dip. quests. I have started working on civic diplomacy, but havent been doing any quests. I am a high elf Psionicist, and have not had any faction issues in any of the cities I have been too. Please point me in the right direction.

Also, is there some npc where I can buy new dip. cards from as well?

For the most part you can only get new cards from quests. There is one card available in New Targonor that doesn't require a quest, just purchasing a random amount of drinks from an NPC and drinking them until you learn the card. In the future there will be altars of Kaerellun which will enable you to do turn ins for cards.

I think mostly after you finish the horse diplomacy quest the line sort of ends. There are other quests scattered around. 3 rivers has a few and quite a few other places have afew that are shorter lines but are alot of fun. these do require alot more presence though so make sure you have lots of clothing

Most of the rewards for these are a card, clothes, items to hold.

Find a Civic Diplomacy Trainer in any major city. He will guide you through how to do Civic Diplomacy. You will need to work up presence and collect presence improving gear and skill up doing these. After that you are on your own to explore and find quests.
