Civic Diplomacy Wiki Update

I added civic diplomacy npc information for three chunks around and including Bordinar's Cleft.
It hasn't been connected to the Diplomacy Wiki menu yet but I would like folks to take a look at what I have so far and provide feedback.

I think I would like to add information about which civic parlays are available for the NPCs as some are rather limited - would that be useful to others?

There would be some use to it, especially if you'd like to add it. It'd make it easier to put together buffs.

I've added what I know of the CB people. A few things...

I never wrote down the location. I just knew where they were and didn't bother So my list is broken down by station. I'll have to run around and locate them and then break them into area's like yours.

This is an old list. I kinda moved to crafting after working CB for a bit.

No problem with locations.. perhaps if others know they can add edits to the note column.

Every little bit of collected information helps us all.

BTW - I tried to add the Parlay types to my work on Khal. Table gets too big to work with so will keep thinking but not gonna add it for now.

I think the parley types belong on the individual NPC pages for each NPC (we should think about what additional info should be in the info block for an NPC that is involved in civic dipl.)

I was under the impression that, for a single area, all the NPCs of a given station would have the same parley types (since they are involved in the same levers); however, I haven't been involved enough with this to know for sure. If that is the case, perhaps a table at the top of each page (or something on the main Civic Diplomacy page migth suffice).

I would say that 90% of the NPC's in an area have the same options. But there are exceptions. For example, in BC in the great hall there are a group of four male dwarfs in one corner of the room. Three of those dwarfs have only one parlay choice.
