Ca'ial Brael civic diplomacy help

I obtained the quest for the civic diplomacy tutorial in Ca'ial Brael. It says I need to see my civic diplomacy trainer. The guy that gave it to me says he can teach it to me, but there is no option for it. It just has the tutorial he tells you about plus the 2 civic diplomacy quests. One is the tutorial that is 3 parts and the other is to gather hearsay information from guards / crafters. Where is the person I need to actually get the tutorial from??

If you haven't done your basic diplomacy tutorial, you need to see your diplomacy trainer first (either a Wood Elf or a Raki) and I think they are in that first outpost you visit after the starting area (I know the wood elf is). You might ask a guard for directions.

Thanks for the suggestion! I tried that, but it didn't work. His name is Brace Windwhisper. Went back to him and did the diplomacy training, but he doesn't offer anything new when it's done. Any other ideas?

The civic diplomacy trainer is the one you need to speak to and your probably already accomplished that by going through his little dialogue. You should have 2 quests right now, one being the quest to gather 2 hearsay. The other quest is only completable after you have completed all the other parts. Do the hearsay quest and that will update 1 part of the other quest, then get the next quest, do that and then the 3rd one as well. After you complete all 3 subquests you will have completed the main quest.

Thank you soooo much for letting me know. I really appreciate it! It's probably just me being an idiot, but it would have been nice for them to add some text saying which to do first. Oh well.
