Noble Presence Practice??

Ok. I have gone all over the place on Thestra looking for nobles to raise my skill up with. Every place I go I find very few nobles (such as Bordinars Cleft) all with skills in the 250-500 range. Or I find no nobles at all (Tursh/Three Rivers). Or I find lots of nobles (Leth Nurae) with very high skills like BordCleft. I've gone as far as New Targanor and found a few nobles but all with high skills.

But I have a quest that requires me to speak with specific nobles who require my presence to be at 50! I have bought all the clothes I could find and still my skill is around 30. There has to be a noble or two with skills low enough (other than the ONE I found in BordCleft at skill 50 that constantly moved away and cancelled my parley)! Someone please help before I committ Diplomatic Suicide!

In Halgarad there are two lords outside of the warchiefs building(by the broker) that are skill 125.Inside there are two nobles that have a skill of 150.Going back in memory I believe there are a few in Derogar's post in the 50-75 range.Try looking in the various newbie areas as I find most there are in the 50-75 range.
I do recall working on noble presence in BC in the room just before the king.There were clan elders there that were in the 125 range.

Help out the devs (and yourselves ) by writing down the name/location (description/town/city is good enough) of the npc that walks and cancels dip convos.

I posted one under its own topic for bugs - it may be a good place to respond while it is still an active thread.

Khal. Go to Khal...theres a bunch of nobles of all sizes there.

Ca'ial Brael has a ~3 Raki nobles which are about 100ish. I worked on my presence with them for a bit.

Thank you all. I wanted to go to CB but Im not brave enough to venture off Thestra yet. Khal worked great, by the way. Thanks again for all responses, and i submitted the information regarding the noble in BC that kept walking away.
