(contrary to my expectations my alt Aegnor is still grinding civic diplomacy

Of course that begs the questions: Is Tier3/Quals <1 week; 1-2weeks; 4weeks away etc? -- ballpark stuff and anything can come up to toss that away - just wanted to know so could plan turn ins later. I find that the reward I mainly get where I grind it isn't supported by the local informant types. Rather than run over I am just collecting to do at once, if the rarity level ones are coming soon(TM) then I may hold off (and HOPE they are (whatever combos of them) in all current towns not 'special' places)

I'm glad there is other stuff to do, just wish I had more time lol - I also want to level more! hehehe, had a glimpse of land travel doing the lvl 15 quest on my shaman Ragnarr - man NT is huge and the trip there shows a little of the size of the land you could not get with the porting in Beta or the griffon rides...)
