2nd Diplo Tutorial: Dark Elves - How do we get 'missing' cards
Once you have already completed the second tutorial, is there a way to not be forever missing the cards?
One of my 2 diplos is a Dark Elf, so I wanted to know if anyone knows meaning of:

- Nalzen Hunt’lar will now give out the proper cards on the second Diplomacy Tutorial.
- Dark Elves - You can now learn the ability “Elocution” from Nalzen Hun’tlar in Hathor Zhi, previously he didn’t think you were worth the effort, but now he’s changed his tune.

Are the "proper cards" the SINGLE "Elocution" card(not other is plural) mentioned above? or is there someway to redo the second diplo tutorial and get the cards reward? (I know you can redo tutorials - but assume there is no re-rewarding)
