Varanjar vs Dark Elf

I had a Darkelf that on the first preorder night I did some diplo, until level 21ish. I have some prestidge faction points (believe was 22%?)

2 nights later I did Halgarad all the way through the horse (got to lvl 41) I noticed I have no 'prestige' at all for anything.

Now, both chars only did the newbie lines and nothing else (no civic obviously)

Is that normal or is one or the other char or quests bugged?

did you equip the items? aka horn?

That autoequips atm (it is on my Dip tab)

But I am not talling about the middle tab showing (?)precense(?) - I mean the rightmost tab (3rd?) showing Factions. On my Vara barb it is 'blank' on the DE (lower skill/amount of parlays) it shows 22% (like a LARGE exp bar for Pankor Zhi)

Has any Varanjar received ANY prestige factions while doing the Horse Diplomacy (ie: newbie) line?

Like I said, my Dark Elf has Pankhor Zhi faction from doing that line (up to 22% and got another 3% with the non-horse line newbie dip npcs)
